Apeluji na veden\u00ed \u010cNB, aby za\u010dalo v\u00e1\u017en\u011b vn\u00edmat mno\u017e\u00edc\u00ed se rozsudky soud\u016f o neplatnosti t\u011bchto pojistn\u00fdch smluv a kone\u010dn\u011b informovalo spot\u0159ebitele o mo\u017en\u00fdch d\u016fsledc\u00edch pr\u00e1vn\u00edch vad pojistn\u00fdch smluv \u010di dokonce jejich mo\u017en\u00e9 neplatnosti. Pokud si roky spo\u0159\u00edte na d\u016fchod a najednou zjist\u00edte, \u017ee smlouva fakticky nikdy nevznikla, je to velk\u00fd probl\u00e9m. \u010cNB je odpov\u011bdn\u00e1 za ochranu spot\u0159ebitel\u016f, proto mus\u00ed konat a na probl\u00e9m spot\u0159ebitele upozornit,\u201c <\/strong>uvedl dnes m\u00edstop\u0159edseda Sen\u00e1tu P\u010cR Ji\u0159\u00ed Oberfalzer.<\/p>\n<p>Kauza investi\u010dn\u00edho \u017eivotn\u00edho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159itom nen\u00ed jen o neplatnosti smluv.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201ePova\u017euji za nep\u0159ijateln\u00e9, aby poji\u0161\u0165ovny sv\u00fdm klient\u016fm ode\u010d\u00edtaly n\u00e1klady, kter\u00e9 si nesjednaly, spot\u0159ebitel\u00e9 o nich nev\u011bd\u011bli a doch\u00e1zelo tak k\u00a0neopr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00e9mu sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed pojistn\u00e9ho pln\u011bn\u00ed.
